Shipping & Returns

Currently CHEEP only ships within Australia.

CHEEP has a flat rate delivery price within Australia. All orders are sent via Standard Parcel Post at $10 per order, not per item.

DISPATCH:

All items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post, on weekdays only.

SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKING:

All items will be delivered via Australia Post Standard E-parcels. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Australia Post.

Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days (metro areas Australia wide). Regional areas outside the metro postal network may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home, Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office, where you can then sign for your order and take it home. 

Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items. Any re-delivery of parcels need to be arranged and paid for by the customers.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE:

Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcels. CHEEP is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post, once your order has been shipped.

Please let us know if you do have concerns, but we are not able to refund in these circumstances.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

The following policy outlines our returns, exchanges and refunds. By processing your payment with us, you have accepted the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

RETURNS POLICY:

  1. Items must be returned and received within 14 days of successful delivery, for a store credit or exchange.
  2. Items must have a completed returns form, with correct information regarding the purchase, and a return authorisation number (#RA) - this means you must contact us to get confirmation on your return.
  3. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  4. For hygiene reasons, all accessories (incl. bags, belts, jewellery) and undergarments cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returns on vintage and sale items.
  6. We do not accept returns on general wear and tear of items that have been worn - we reserve the right to determine whether an item has a genuine fault.
  7. We do not accept returns on change of mind, or if you want a different size or colour.
  8. We do not offer refunds.
  9. No restock fees apply.
  10. You will need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us - we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we unfortunately can't be responsible for lost or stolen parcels.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

Online returns will only be accepted if your item/s is confirmed to be faulty or have been sent the incorrect item. CHEEP is not able to issue refunds for change of mind returns. We accept online returns within 30 days of your original order being shipped. This means we need to receive the return within that time frame . 

Once you have emailed us, and we have confirmed and accepted your returns request, CHEEP will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#). This number must be written down on your completed returns form, and sent back with your item/s. If you are warranted a return, we will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 business days of receiving the returned item/s. This store credit is valid for use for 6 months from its issue date to you.

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to our fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock.

Please note that CHEEP does not offer refunds. 

Cheep reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

Returns must be sent to the following address with a copy of the provided return form, and reasoning as to the return. Please contact us if you require a new copy of the returns form.

FAULTS:

All orders shipped from CHEEP HQ are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damage or faults to a product ordered from us, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. 

Email info@cheep.com.au, with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

CHEEP does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. CHEEP reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse.

If an item is deemed as having a manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item.


INCORRECT ITEM/S:

If you have received an incorrect item, size or colour, or are missing an item from your order we will amend this at no cost to you.

Please immediately email info@cheep.com.au with your concerns and order number, and we will send you further information on how to proceed.

We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a standard post time frame. If this item is out of stock, we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure this return is within our 14-day return policy, and comes back in its original, unused condition.
